Find land.

If you do not have land, we can help assist you in finding land with our Realty Department. If you have land, we will conduct a lot evaluation to ensure the plan you have chosen is compatible. After thoroughly assessing the site, we will provide a cost estimate.

Select and finalize your

floor plan.

We offer a wide assortment of floor plans with multiple elevations available for each home. Plus, you can explore a range of additional features and upgrades. We encourage every client to customize our existing floor plans to their exact needs and specifications.

Complete a cost study review.

We then cover with you, in detail, what will be involved financially to make your Dream Home possible.

Sign your purchase agreement.

Before construction on your home can begin, you must sign a purchase agreement that outlines the details of your home, including price. Dream House knows how important these documents are for a sale to proceed smoothly, so we write them clearly, accurately, and diligently.
